Payment schedule
Design fee/ confirmation amount – 10%
Advance payable upon design finalization – 40%
Final payment on post-production readiness at factory – 50%
5-year manufacturers warranties are applicable on kitchen and wardrobes against any manufacturing defects and towards replacing steel items if rusted. Warranty on all other items, appliances, hardware, and accessories is as per the respective 'Manufacturer's Warranty Policy'. Warranty is not applicable on damage caused due to ingress of water/ reckless usage, natural wear and tear, etc.
A cancellation request will be considered only if the cancellation request is made in writing and within 48 hours of placing the order. Once Brigade Plus has accepted a cancellation request in writing, the design fee of 10% of the final order value will be forfeited as cancellation charges/design fees. Refunds over the 10% design fee will be done within 60 (sixty days).
