1. Introduction

This manual provides guidelines for proper use, care, and maintenance of interior elements including:

Proper maintenance will ensure durability, safety, and long service life.

2. General Usage Guidelines

  1. Operate shutters and drawers gently.
  2. Avoid slamming doors.
  3. Do not overload shelves beyond recommended capacity.
  4. Keep interiors dry and well-ventilated.
  5. Avoid direct water exposure unless specified as waterproof material.

3. Doors (Swing & Sliding)

Operation

  1. Open and close smoothly without force.
  2. Use handles instead of pushing panels directly.
  3. For sliding doors, keep track clean.

Maintenance

  1. Clean tracks regularly.
  2. Lubricate hinges/rollers every 3–6 months.
  3. Tighten loose screws immediately.

4. Wardrobes & Cabinets

Usage

  1. Distribute weight evenly on shelves.
  2. Do not hang excessive weight on shutters.
  3. Avoid moisture accumulation inside cabinets.

Maintenance

  1. Wipe with soft dry cloth.
  2. Use mild detergent for stains.
  3. Keep silica or moisture absorber in humid areas.

5. Modular Kitchen Units

Do’s

  1. Clean spills immediately.
  2. Use chimney/exhaust while cooking.
  3. Keep sink area dry.

Don’ts

  1. Do not place hot vessels directly on laminate.
  2. Avoid excessive water near shutter edges. →
  3. Do not use acidic or abrasive cleaners.

6. Hardware (Hinges, Channels, Handles)

  1. Inspect every 6 months.
  2. Apply light lubricant if movement becomes tight.
  3. Do not force soft-close mechanisms.

Laminate → Soft cloth + mild soap

Veneer → Dry cloth only

Glass → Glass cleaner

Stainless Steel → Damp cloth + dry wipe

Avoid thinner, acid, bleaching agents, and abrasive scrubbers.

  1. Maintain indoor humidity below 60% if possible.
  2. Prevent termite exposure (where applicable).
  3. Ensure proper ventilation in closed rooms.
